How do we book?

Please visit www.castawayplay.co.uk to book your tickets. During school term time Monday – Friday (Cheshire & Staffordshire) there is no need to pre book just turn up between the hours of 9.15am-3pm. At weekends, bank holidays and school holidays booking is advisable to guarantee your place.

Can I refund or transfer my ticket?

Providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given, we will do our best to transfer your play session to another date. This is due to availability. Tickets are non-refundable and are sold on the understanding no money in respect of unused tickets will be reimbursed.

What happens if Castaway has to close?

If Castaway Play is temporarily closed, we will transfer your booking to an alternate date, subject to availability.

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

Discounts are available for groups of 15 and upwards. Please email contact us for more information.

What’s included in my admission?

You will have access to all four play worlds, activities, and attractions except for some coin operated rides. During school term time our term time groups are also included in your admission price.

What age is Castaway Play aimed for?

Castaway Play is ideally aimed at children from birth up to the age of 9 years old.

What age do children have to pay from?

Children under 3 months are free of charge.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All paths and access points are accessible via wheelchair and there are wheelchair accessible toilets.

Can I bring my dog?

Castaway Play is an indoor facility therefore only assistance dogs are allowed.

Do you offer baby changing facilities?

Yes. Baby changing facilities are available in our toilet block.

Where is your nearest train station?

Congleton train station is 0.8 miles away from Castaway Play.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, our large car park is completely free.

What food and drink options will be available?

Castaway Play has two cafes offering a range of light meals and tempting cakes and snacks. We cater for all dietary requirements.

Can I bring a picnic?

No, sorry. Only food and drink purchased on site can be eaten within Castaway Play. We have a wide range of food and drink to keep everyone happy.

Do you have first aiders?

Yes. At all times there is a trained first aider on site.

What is your smoking and vaping policy?

Castaway Play has a strict no smoking and vaping on site policy.

What is your procedure for lost children?

Lost children will be taken to the kiosk/entrance desk whilst the parent/guardian is located.

What happens if I lose or damage an item of property during my visit?

Any found lost property will be taken to and stored at the entrance desk. If you find any item of lost property yourself, please hand to a member of staff. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.
