Yes, see our dedicated SEN Session page. These sessions are quieter with limited capacity. Siblings are welcome and access to the space themed sensory room is available during the session. We also offer a SEN only session for all events that we run.

During school term times (Cheshire East), Monday – Friday there is no need to book. Simply turn up and play between 9 am and 5 pm. At weekends, bank holidays and school holidays booking is required. To book please visit our website booking page.
We have 3 themed party rooms available for hire. “Magical Kingdom”, “Superhero” and “Pirate Themed – Octonauts”. When booking a party with Castaway, this includes food, drink and access to all play areas. To book or for more information, please visit our website and click on the “Parties” tab.
All our food and drink outlets will be operating under the current government guidelines. In line with the latest government guidance, we are now fully open. We operate a strict no picnic policy and cater for all dietary requirements.
Providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given, we will transfer your play session to another date. Tickets are non-refundable and you will be agreeing to our terms and conditions at the time of booking.
We have significantly reduced the number of guests that can visit our facility each day. The health and safety of our guests and staff are of utmost importance and we will review guest numbers regularly, taking into consideration how closely our guests adhere to the social distancing and hygiene measures we’ve introduced. We will continue to review the maximum capacity in line with government guidance and ensuring that all our guests can still enjoy a great experience.
