Join us this Christmas for a truly magical family experience.
- On arrival at the Castaway North Pole check-in, you will meet the Naughty Elf, collect your North Pole passport & golden ticket to visit Santa
- Visit Santa in his magical grotto, each child will speak with Santa, receive a Christmas gift and sign their name in Santa’s book
- Experience our Winter Wonderland indoor snow play area and enjoy a snowball fight with all the family
- NEW for 2023: Interactive story time with the Grinch & Cindy Lou
- NEW for 2023: No experience is complete without seeing Santa’s Reindeer. Visit our very special singing Prancer & Dancer in Santa’s stables
- Make your own Reindeer food to take home to sprinkle on Christmas Eve
- Write your letter to Santa and post it at Santa’s Post house at Castaway Play
- Play in our amazing Snow globe, a wonderful photo opportunity
- Meet & have a photo with Christmas Mickey & Minnie Mouse
- Elf workshop – make your own luxury build a bear in the elf toy factory, including certificate and heart (can be added on the day for an additional £14.99 each)
- Tickets include access to all play areas of Castaway Play
- So many Instagram photo ops, marshmallow toasting (extra charge), and we guarantee a fantastic family day out full of memories
