Spring is in the air, and Easter at Castaway Play is set to be our most exciting event yet. From 28th March to 6th April, families can enjoy a magical mix of dinosaurs, adorable lambs, Easter activities, and hands on fun for all ages.
This year, little explorers can step into a prehistoric adventure and meet our incredible dinosaurs: Tom the T-Rex, Blue the Raptor, and Trixy the Triceratops. Alongside the dinosaurs, we are delighted to welcome some very special spring visitors, our beautiful lambs, giving children a wonderful chance to experience animals up close.
Every child will receive an Easter Passport on arrival, guiding them through activities and encouraging exploration throughout the centre. Families can also take part in our Spring Wildlife Trail, learning fascinating facts about native animals, their homes, and their habits while spotting birds along the way.
Creativity is a big part of Easter at Castaway Play. Children can paint their own bird nesting box to take home, a lovely keepsake that also helps support local wildlife. There will also be a magical spring animal handling show from Creature Feature Experience, offering a safe and engaging way for children to learn about animals.
The fun continues with our Mad Hatter’s Tea Party with Alice, plus special meet-and-greets with Peter Rabbit and Lily Bobtail, perfect for memorable family photos.
